During his more than 35 years in the food service business, he has owned and operated several businesses, including Mr. Bill’s Cheese Steaks, a full time food concession that he operated at carnivals and fairs up and down the East Coast, and as a partner in the S L Fingers Restaurant. In addition to the Farmers Market operation, he operates Mr. Bill’s concessions at Mayfair and Musikfest, featuring his specialty poultry products for fair goers.

Since 1992 he has owned and operated Mr. Bill’s Poultry and Healthy Deli at the Allentown Fairgrounds Farmers Market.

When he acquired the present business, it was a fledging straightforward poultry business. Bill soon saw the need to develop creative products that people would not tire of and he continually comes up with new products to this day. His hallmark is creativity, quality, convenience and superior customer service and satisfaction.

His business has grown from one stand to three stands and is perceived to be the anchor store in the Farmers Market, offering fresh, high quality Poultry and Healthy Deli products. Many of his creative products are not available anywhere in the Lehigh Valley.

Over the years Bill has hired and trained many young people (100 or more) giving them an opportunity to earn extra money, while at the same time teaching them how to serve customers and enhance their own people skills.

When you visit his stands at the Market, you invariably are welcomed with a smile and treated as a friend and you can sense immediately, that Mr. Bill and his staff are ready to serve you.

As an extension of the Farmer's Market operation, Mr. Bill's also operates outdoor concessions during the Spring-Summer season at the following events:
Mayfair, Musikfest, Celtic Fest, Lehigh Univ. Football games, The Eagles Training Camp at Lehigh's Saucon Field and the Das Awksfest in Macungie.
